Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging, with all accessories/manuals (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Replacements

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a replacement under our 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Products returned after the 7-day period.
